8 Habits to Health Weekly Points Tracker (Scroll Down for New Posts)

Welcome to a nutrition blog that can be used by those wanting to eat healthier and/or lose weight.  As a Registered Dietitian, certified personal trainer, elementary teacher, and digital artist, I will be using my Photoshop skills to create images to convey the basic principles of nutrition on which most experts agree - sorry, you will not find any "miracle" weight-loss tips here.  Each image will address one of the eight habits.  To ensure that my information is evidence-based, most come directly from the Harvard University School of Public Health and the Mayo Clinic.  Click on the above image to enlarge, print, and then use it to track your weekly progress.  Aim to get 5 out of 7 points for each habit or 40 total points per week - which means you don't have to be perfect.  Also click "Join this site" on the right to post comments.  For further information (ex. find out about my walking group) email nperezrd@gmail.com. Good luck!
